Dr Ekundayo A. Falase is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine.
He established his practice in 2001 and has been serving Conyers, Georgia and the surrounding areas since.
He completed Internal Medicine training at the University of Virginia School of Medicine and his Nephrology Fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.
Prior to his Nephrology training, Dr. Falase completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University College Hospital in Ibadan, Nigeria, a Fellowship in Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Pennsylvania.
He also has a Master of Arts Degree in Epidemiology and Population Research of which he was a WHO Fellowship Award recipient.
